Is my beardie growing?

In March I adopted my first bearded dragon (yes first, I now have 2!) When I adopted him he presented externally as a she and was small. He was about 18 months old when I adopted him. The previous owners had Orion with another male in the same cage for a long time and then side by side in seperate cages. Orion shed for the first time about 3 weeks after he came home and I swear he's been shedding ever sense. He's had 3 to 4 complete sheds since March. I don't notice a size increase, but he gets attention from me daily. He sheds as much or more as my juvenile beardie.

Hello,

It definitely sounds like he is growing & trying to play catch up from previously being stunted.
They can grow well into their 2nd year of life & continue to fill out when maturing.
Shedding is a great sign of growth, absolutely. Are you keeping a chart on him to monitor his
weight & length?
