Is my bearded dragon still going to grow ?

bearded dragon has only grown a little since I got her and stayed like this. I've had her for 1 year and 6 months I want her to be as big as my other bearded dragon.(17 inches) she's 11 inches I've been having her outside in the window (screened) all day for a couple days and bring her in at night. This is high heat and better uvb. I've been feeder her double the amount and more often and I noticed she is more plump than before. With what I'm doing now is she going to get back on track and start growing more ? I have lobster roaches growing any other fattening/good food choices and tips? I want her to be the size she's supposed to I understand they come in different sizes but this ain't one of them. I've notice she is starting to get more plump which is good But will she get bigger before the 2 year period Is up that's when I heard they stop growing like her head is small compared to my other bearded dragon it's not health issues because I haven't been feeding her on a good schedule back then

Are they housed together?

yes .... wont stop growing until about 2 yrs old.

If the two dragons are housed together , it's imperative that your separate them immediately into their own 4ft L x 2ft W x 2ft T vivs. Many people stack their vivs ontop of each other when they have multiple beardies to house.
