Is it tail rot?

Hello fellow beardie owners!

Could you take a look at my beardie, Falcor, and see if it's possible he has tail rot?

He shed the bottom part not too long ago and he never shed the rest of the tail, top part, since then. So part of him is dark and the rest is light.

Thoughts?

No. It just looks like the end of the tail has yet to shed. It doesn't look like tail rot or a problem at all.
