Is it okay to mix feeders in a single feeding?

We have a juvenile bearded dragon that is about 3 months old. We have had him for about 3 weeks, he stopped eating crickets for a whole week but would eat dubia roaches. I kept offering a few crickets with the roaches and one day he decided to start eating the crickets again. So I offer a full mix of roaches and crickets at each feeding. Is that okay or would I be better to stay with one feeder during a feeding?

Perfectly OK.

For my guys when young (like your's) I often mixed crickets + silkworms, crickets + mealworm beetles & pupae.

I believe mealworm pupae and the newly hatched beetles are good feeders , whereas mealworm lavae are risky for young beardies. I gave the mealworm beetles and pupae as treats not as staples.

Good combos of live insects for very young beardies (about 3 months old) would be :
crickets + (small to medium sized) silkworms
roaches + (small to medium sized) silkworms
crickets + BSF maggots
roaches + BSF maggots

Okay, thanks everyone for the confirmation. I thought it would be okay, but I couldn't find any posts where people mentioned mixing.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
