Is it okay to feed my 6 month old superworms?

Roja is small for her age at just under 10 inches.. She seems very bored of crickets and we got some small and medium sized superworms the other day and started chopping off the heads and she is CRAZY about them! I tried to research to see if they are okay for her, they were recommended as an alternative to mealworms and I was told they have less of an exoskeleton.

Thoughts? Advice?

Supers shouldn't be fed to a dragon that is under 16" long.

Also, there's no need to cut their heads off.

At less then 16" the beardie's intestinal track may not be completely straightened out. There is a serious risk of impaction that comes with feeding supers to dragons whom are not ready. Also, as was accurately stated, no need to cut off the heads.

Are there any options outside of crickets for her?

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
