Is he beginning to shed or is it something else?

Hello, yesterday my baby bearded dragon ate loads but today he's only ate around five or six locusts. Also he's been more sleepy and I noticed that he had some skin around his mouth which made me think he has begun to shed? Are all the symptoms due to him shedding? And he is about 10weeks old.

Hi! My first thought would have been that he is going into brumation, but then I read that he is only 10 weeks old. The young ones are nearly in a constant shed, so it may just be an oncoming shed. I don't have much experience yet (don't have my beardie yet, but I have researched them for HOURS and HOURS), so I will let someone more experienced give you a better answer, but that it just what I think! Wish you the best with your baby!
