Is agression unhealthy?

My dragons are perfectly sweet to me, but they are still figuring each other out. They cannot see each other from their tanks and they have never ever been housed together, but if I take one out to play sometimes they can see each other. If this happens a very dramatic routine of head bobbing, waving, beard puffing, tail flicking, and sometimes even ramming into the glass will ensure. I usually just let them be until one leaves. Is this ok? Or will it stress them out too much?

Hello,

Are they both males, or a male & female?
Too much stress isn't good for them, but some stimulation is ok. It depends on how worked up they get you wouldn't want either one of them to hurt themselves.

It is a male and a female. Also, they are around the same size but very far apart in age, if that makes a difference. Sometimes they will just ignore each other and sometimes they will ram into the glass trying to get each other. Usually my female will start doing slower head bobs and waving her arms after the male bobbing his head for a bit.

Hello,

A little bit of interaction is fine, but if they get too worked up for too long it can be stressful for long periods of time. It is nice seeing them bob & wave but not good to have injuries from ramming themselves into the tank, either.

Okay, I will closely supervise them and limit interaction! Thanks :D

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
