Is 6 Years Old Too Old To Breed?

my friend got a 6 year old female from a guy who couldn't take care of the anymore, so we decided to breed her to my young LB trans male. i'm wondering if she's even viable. we were told she's laid eggs before.

also just so i can get more responses, i'll post this question here as well as in health. i've woken up twice to blood on my males cloaca and blood on her thigh leading to her cloaca. as if a bloody breeding has occurred. will he be alright? is his hemipene damaged? can he still breed? the male and female don't fight at all, all is fine except i wake up to bloody cloaca in the morning.

Hi Spydr....she is not too old, but it all depends on her heath. If she's underweight, small, sickly, etc. As for the question on the bloody cloaca, I answered your thread in the health forum. And it would be best for both of them to keep them apart.
