Introducing Thanatos Helios Gonzales

Hey there,
I'm a new mom to Thanatos, my juvenile Beardie. When I first saw him he was vicious, and was showcasing his magnificent black beard. I fell in love right away. He had been picked on by an older Beardie and lost a few appendages. He only has 1 hand and multiple toes are missing. Not to mention he only has half a tail. I would be a little grumpy too. As soon as I held him he calmed down, I knew then and there he was the one for me. He's only been handled by those trying to take care of him, so he is not used to be handled by one person. As I spend more quality time establishing trust and love, he seems to be more calm. I know it's a work in progress but I'm already feeling benefits of this loving creature. He still shows he gets irritated when my mom, another guardian of a Beardie named Mandrake, gets close. He loves superworms, waxies and crickets. Though he quickly grew tired of crickets as soon as he discovered there's a plethora of other goodies in this world.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
