Introducing new feeders.

How slow should I introduce new feeders? Lincoln is on a 100% cricket and veggie diet. I bought supers today and gave him 2 with a meal of crickets he gobbled them up no problem. Should I wait till he poops to try the supers again? I am not making them a staple i just want a verity in his diet. I also want to try dubias in hope of starting a colony someday, how should I make that switch?
Fyi: He is about 19inches long.

Ps the supers were way more disgusting than I thought they would be.....they have legs!! lol
