Introducing LoLa!

Hey all,

I found this site (and im so happy i did) a long time ago, and read it like a book before I got my beardie. I recently joined, but just noticed this section

I would like to introduce myself, Brooke from New Jersey. I am a 1st time beardie owner trying to do and learn everything I can to make sure my baby is happy & healthy

I got miss Lola shipped to me from a breeder in CA about 2 months ago. She is a citrus leatherback & hatched in June so she is 6 months old. She is still on the smaller size, 11 inches & around 70 grams now, but shes putting them on pretty fast! lol

Im completely in love with her already and she is totally spoiled

so, without further ado, here is my baby girl, Lola!

Lola is gorgeous! Hello and Welcome to both of you. I love her pictures, she looks like she lives on her stick! The one of her basking in the window is really sweet. She looks healthy to me even though she's on the smaller side. Looking forward to watching her grow!

Thank you everyone! She IS a showgirl! and yes, she LOVES her stick. lol Its the hottest spot under her basking bulb so she does pretty much live there lol It also gives her a birds eye view of crickets so she waits for it....waits for it....and POUNCE right on them. I love to just watch her, they are so funny. She head bobs constantly when I have her out, I love it. My boyfriend tries to head bob back but she looks at him like ummm? what are you doing?
