Hi there! My name is Abby, I'm 18, and I'm new on this here forum. 
I love forums, always find them to be very useful, and I've been getting really into bearded dragons lately so I decided after creeping on the site for quite some time, why not join? So I did, and here I am.
I'm still a bit new when it comes to beardies, but I can tell you this: I've completely, and utterly, fallen in love with them. <3 No joke! I'm sure you all can understand this passion I have, hehe.
How I got into beardies - Well, I was looking for a job on Craigslist and came across one for a reptile breeding facility. I've always loved reptiles and at that point was considering bringing a ball python home, so I applied, and got the job. They had me start in the bearded dragon department, and I was in charge of the babies. It was great, except for the temperatures they kept down there were ABSOLUTELY. INCREDIBLY. HOT. I really don't do well in heat. So after almost passing out, I was switched to the snake department, which wasn't as hot. Anyways, the point of this story was that I didn't really know bearded dragons existed until I started working in the bearded dragon department. It was long after I quit that job that I finally brought home Lily, my first bearded dragon. I don't know much about morphs and whatnot, but she was labeled as a "hypo" by the breeder (whatever that means) and I honestly think I paid way too much for her, but I wouldn't trade her for the world at this point. <3
Lily is now about 6 months old. (If I did the math right...I got her mid July of this year and she was four weeks old then...) She is happily living in her 20 gallon long tank that I'm about to upgrade. She eats crickets and greens every day, and I have her out quite a lot as well.
