I just recieved the high calcium snack pack from Mulberry Farm's, and they were all in good condition, despite the temperatures. I picked it up at my local post office which was air conditioned. When I fed the reptiworms to my lizard, he loved them! I had to mix them with larger worms though so he'd notice them before they went bad. Good worms if anyone is looking for a quality feeder. :)

I think Mulberry Farms is way overpriced for the reptiworms.. I just bought 500 from reptiworms.com and paid $23.38 (includes shipping).. Also, You can get 100 butterworms from www.elliotsbutterworms.com for $17 (includes shipping also) The snack pack from Mulberry isn't bad, but I don't think it would last very long... Just my opinion :)

I like them! Easy to maintain!! However my dragon who swallows everything whole, can seem to digest them :silent: he had pooped out live ones a few times :puke: or they are completely whole!! He has no trouble with any other feeder!

I got a mini fridge on sale at Target. More expensive than a cooler, but I figured we could use it for more than a cooler if at some point I no longer need it for the worms.

I bought my wine fridge from Best Buy for $99. Its digital and kept my worms alive quite nicely. I put both my mealworms and my reptiworms in it. It is a Frigidaire 8 bottle horizontal model and is about the size of a small microwave. Has a light and its very quiet. It is this model.

I buy 5000 mediums at a time and it lasts about 8 weeks. I keep them in a wine cooler set at 55 degrees and at the end of week 8 they are all still alive. It's a crappy little $80 wine cooler from Walmart, nothing fancy at all.

Also I always get them from reptiworms.com and have never had any issues with the worms at all, if only their website was working today....

I feed my baby reptiworms only and he is growing soooooooooooo fast ! I just ordered a cup of 700 for $20 from lindasgone buggy and so far I am very happy with them. I also give my adults about 10 or so a day so they can benefit from all the calcium as well. I currently keep mine in the basement as its cool down there. This is my 8 inch baby after he ate about 20 of them.......

Well I ordered 5000 back on about June 26th and they are almost gone. They have lasted about a month and a half. I was hoping they would last longer, but there has been some die-off. Although on the whole they have lasted quite well. I think he just eats a lot. I have a mini fridge and after some experimenting, have the temp as high as it will go, while still turned on, and it maintains about exactly 50 degrees. I bought a frige thermometer for it. And I tape the temperature dial in place so no one accidently changes it and kills them all. Since I was able to keep these alive for a month and a half so far, this time I am trying 10,000, since it is much lower cost per unit and will make my costs even lower, as long as I can keep them alive even longer. I will let you know if I can.

i bought retptiworms 3 days ago, my 2 month old beardie ate about 2 in the morning and ignored them, i thought he hated them so i tried leaving about 15 worms then when i came back from school they were all gone :blob5: he's getting use to eating them now :) they'll eat it eventually when they get hungry :D

2 weeks is the longest the keep for me. I will not be ordering any more unless I have a wine cooler. And I don't drink wine so it would be for bugs only.

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
Mirage entered brumation yesterday, I'm gonna miss hanging out with my little guy.
