infertile eggs

my beardie has continued to lay eggs... usually 1 or 2 a day for the last 10 days and then today in 4 hours she has laid 9. wondering how many more there will be and for how long. she looks as surprised as we do! she's getting plenty of calcium, vitamins, good food, hydration, UVB... but she doesn't want to have anything to do with a digging box

Whats in the dig box. From what I understand, if it isn't mixed up just right to the right consistency, they won't bother with it.

The biggest issue is she can't dig very well. She has MBD and does not have full use of her claws. She walks on her elbows. She is handi-capable and really makes those elbows work for her. I am more curious how long this egg laying will go on for. She is 6 and we've had her 3 full years now and these are the first eggs ever.

Ah, alright I see. I've been researching alot into the females laying infertile eggs. My first beardie is a female and she isn't quite old enough to lay eggs yet. I've read some mixed opinions about it, but most say they will lay all of their eggs within a week. Infertiles that is. Just make sure to keep an eye on her as she might try to keep some inside which can be dangerous.

Yeah I am worried about egg binding. She laid 12 today, none yesterday... This is day 11 of eggs. It's kinda cute. Today I picked her up to put her sleeping blanket away and she shot an egg right at me!
