infertile eggs?

Hello,
My beardie has just gotten over an injured claw and now is laying eggs like crazy. She has been laying them the past few days, yesterday she laid about 7. Today there was none and I though she might be done laying them, but I just got home from my hockey game and there are atleast 7-10 in there and she is covered with egg stuff. She must have either tried to eat them or ran all over them a bunch of times. It's all over her claws and neck/mouth area. They have to be infertile because she has never been with a male. I have had her since she was about 10 weeks old and she is the only reptile I have. She is now about 2 yrs. I turned her lights back on (thery were off) and am going to give her a bath and clean her and the tank up. I have read the threads on infertile eggs and still have some questions. When will this stop? Should I be doing anything special? When she lays them she doesnt try tp dig or anything she just kind of "poops" them out. Should I provide a dig box? Thanks again for all the help, this is my first reptile/bearded dragon and i'm trying.

well, I just cleaned her all up and her tank all out. I am going to shut her light off and set the timer to go on 1 hour later in the mornming so she can sleep longer. I hope there is no mess waiting for me tomorrow when I get home from work...

Hello and sorry to hear about your mess! Yes you should have a dig box for her to lay in! Plus no mess in the viv!! It is possible she in fact lay a few more! Just let her run the cycle! I would not mess with the light to much at this point! But if she lays more then 4 or 5 clutches then you may want to change her viv around and her lights! This will help in disrupting her cycle! Also make sure you up her calcium as this is very hard on her body now! Any more questions just ask or PM me or one of the other great breeders on here! Good luck....
