inbreeding dragons

Iv been doing some research and there is a lot of controversy and mixed opinions about inbreeding. Some say they never have and never will do any such thing, others say that those people are not 100% truthful and afraid to admit it do to fear of being bashed by the public. I plan on breeding one day and it would be great to hear from hobbyist breeders down to professionals that do it for a living. Im not here to bash anyone so if you prefer to pm me please do so.

We and every breeder I know personally will not knowingly inbreed any dragons. We won't even breed unrelated trans to trans, only hets because we do everything in our power to keep the genetics strong. No one I know would take the risk because breeding is very hard work and no one wants to waste their time with unhealthy babies, much less risk losing a good reputation for hearty dragons. To me it's just common sense and a moral imperative to do what's right.

Thnx for the reply/info, so you would breed a het to a visual trans or you breed two hets?
