In need of a beardie blanket

have tried a few things such as a pillow case, and t-shirt, Non of which he seems interested in.
What elts can I try?
Has anyone bought anything lately that your beardie loves to sleep in? If so let me know what they like.

I bought a small baby blanket from the dollar tree for $1.00,Alf lovr hers,I fold it in half,lay her on it and cover her with the rest.

Same here...just picked her up a new fleece blanket for the winter, from the dollar store...a small one. I can't say that she loves it but I put her under it (in my room) when she's ready to fall asleep and she'll stay there.

If you look under the forum "for sale" look for a thread by Blondie She makes the most lovely blankets for dragons, and personalizes them too ! Takes her a bit of time... but soooo well worth the wait !

i dont know if its cuz my beardie is too young, but my beardie likes to sleep on the sand. he wont sleep anywhere else right now. lol

my guy sleeps all over the place. He sleeps on his rock, in his food dish, on his vine, on his tree. I think hes just testing out the best places so while he is still "testing" I wanted to get him a blanket.

Thats for all the good ideas I have to head to the dolor store for some ceramic bowls any how :mrgreen:

I bought a baby blanket that was on clearance. Right before lights out, we take him out and wrap him in it with it alittle over his head. The dark makes him go right to sleep and he stays there all night.

Our baby sleeps in a wash clothe. As soon as I wrap him like a burrito, he's there sleeping till morning. He goes to bed with our daughter... when she's out, I just pick him up and put him in his viv and he's there still wrapped in the morning.

I'm new to this, but he's out when he's wrapped up. I was reading about sexing them one night and thought I would try, and he never even opened an eye when I unwrapped him and lifted his tail up.

Wow! I never knew beardies would even sleep in or on something specific! My lil girl just sleeps wherever... usually sprawled across her log or nearly curled up in a corner. A few times she's crawled up to the top of her tree branch to sleep, or in her hammock. lol.
I tried to wrap her up once when I first got her, on the way for her first vet visit. She threw a fit! Once I relented and gave up, I put her on my shoulder and there she stayed, happy as a clam the whole time.
