I don't see a lump...where exactly is it?

Keep up with the warmer than usual baths and see if you can get him to swallow olive oil maybe mixed with some other fluids. Canned pumpkin supposedly works well, so you could see if you could get him to lick that off his nose.

And pumpkin does work well for helping dragons poo. Any kind of squash baby food will.

Its not that visible but it's definitely there, il Have a look in the supermarket for some canned pumpkin later
