IMPACTION

hey im quite concerned about my beardie... today she has been very lazy, slightly droopy eyed looking and not doing much, untill it was feeding time ofc.


im asking here for a rundown of signs of impcation / ways of knowing if she is possibly impacted

could locusts possibly be the problem?

only yesterday i fed her locusts instead of crickets

are locusts a steady diet just like crickets?

Can locusts cause impaction or something similar?

any insects can cause impaction if they are too large, your heating is off, your beardie is dehydrated, or if your beardie is sick.

has your beardie pooped recently?
If not give him/her a nice long soak in a warm/hot bath (not hot enough to burn) for about 20 minutes that should help loosen things up.

yeah she took a poopy today during her bath so i aint so worried about impaction +}
