Hello,
I have read nearly all of the forums on impaction. But I would like to get some reassurance and further guidance.
My baby beardie is 5 months old, and has not pooped for nearly 6 days. She normally poops every day. She eats a diet of dubias (sized of length between her eyes) and squash and some little pellets mixed with the squash. We calcium dust everything and give her vitamins 2x/week. She gets baths every other day for 15 mins, which she really seems to enjoy.
I am planning on going to get some mineral oil, a syringe, all natural baby prune canned food, and unsweetened applesauce. I will start with a few drops of olive oil and some unsweetened applesauce. Hopefully this will get her to poo.
She has been hiding a lot lately, but is still pretty active when we take her out of her home. Here is her set-up:
What else can I do? I will call the vet if she does not poo in the next two days.
THANK YOU!
