hi i was just wondering if i was doing this right i feed the crickets flukers high calcium cricket diet then before i feed my 1 month old baby barded dragon i spray them with calcium supplement food spray from zilla i just want to make sure i was doing this right thanks for the help

sounds great, you can spray with calcium about 5 times a weeks not every time. good luck!

Also when you spray only once a day it is best in the morning that way it has all day to synthesize the calcium.
