Sooo a couple of my beardies have long thin legs and I've been wondering about their weights and such. I've read about a lot of beardies being 400-600 grams and I thought there's nooooo way my guys can be that big. I finallllly went out and bought a scale today and am much relieved.
Spike who is 21 inches and 1 1/2 years - 510 grams. Whoosh... he just looks heathly to me but I was worried about his weight cause he doesn't look as buddah like as some of the boys on here.
Lindy who is 17 inches and 9 months old weighs about 353 grams. I consider him my chunky guy.
Fargo who is 19 inches and 10 months old weights 305 - he was one of the guys I was worried about so I need to fatten him up.
Jilly is my last guy, he's probably 6 months old - I've had him since mid-January. He's 16 inches and is 151 grams but I'm not worried about him because in 3 months, he's grown 7 inches. He just burns up all he eats.
Sooooo the point of this, is buy a scale so you can monitor their weight and be relieved cause you know they weigh enough.
