If the power goes out

what do you do? Can't leave the house with candles burning (fire hazard). No back-up generator, nowhere safe/reliable to move him to where the power works. You can't take him w/ you to class or work to keep him against your body. What would you do?

I have 72 hour heat packs and a generator that will run the fridge and lighting. I live in the desert where it gets really hot in the summer, so my gen will also run my evap. cooler if needed

I actually started a thread like this on a different forum. Reptiles die all the time in winter power-outages.


I would put Cu in a pillowcase and put hand warmers around her and I would keep Budo snuggled up with me and some blankets. I could do the pillowcase treatment for him too but he would get scared.
