Idk what's wrong with him

My one year old beardie is around 350 grams and is 17 inches long. He's in a 40 gallon breeder with a powersun mvb. Lately he has just been hiding almost all the time and looks sleepy. When I take him out of the cage he runs around for a while but then settles down eventually. He used to eat really well and even ate salads! But now he refuses to eat any greens and he barely eats any feeders lately. He poops every few days and it's kinda runny. Idk what's wrong with him.. he barely baskes, looks really tired, not really eating. I would say it's brumation but it's only august. But he also never shows dark colors or black beards or show stress marks so Im so confused haha. Opinions?

Hi there....is it possible that it's hotter in your house and causing it to be hotter in his tank ? Is he well hydrated ? How often does he drink, and how does he get his water ? And lastly.....are you positive it's a male ?

He gets a bath at the very least once a week, or sometimes as much as 4-5 times a week. He usually drinks a few droplets when in his bath, I put drops on his snout which he licks off. house stays around mid 70s. And yes I'm sure he's male

It would be a good idea to have a fecal test done to rule out parasites.
