Ideal Beardie Diet?

I'd like to ask for suggestions on what to feed my 4 month old beardie. For now I'm feeding him superworms, 3 times a day, but I was told that this could cause impaction. I also read that Phoenix worms have high calcium content so you don't have to dust them. What do you think? Crickets, roaches, mealworms or what? And what do you think of the Repashy SuperVeggie & Repashy Calcium MeD? Are they good for his nutrition?

There is no ideal bug, but silkworms, hornworms, phoenix worms (all gave lots of calcium) and dubia roaches I would say would be the best for a 4 mo old. Superworms aren't good for dragons under 16" long and I didn't feed them to my crew until they were a year old. Soft worms are better for babies. As for mealworms, they're terrible for dragons, they're for geckos. They have a thicker shell than supers and hardly any meat.
