I What material is best to release blocked famole pores?

My bearded dragon needs help release her famole pores!and I need rough material to let her release famole pores but Im not sure what is the best material to use?
I have already in her enclosure 5 sticks,one medium size pebble,a Little Rock, her bed with pillows,food,and water bowl and her cage bedding is paper towels

(Femoral pores). They don't look irritated or inflamed, so there may not be a reason for concern, but the branches should be enough if they're not all smooth. :0)
