I think my beardie is scared of his new climbing tree...

So I went to petsmart because I just upgraded his tank to a 36x18x18, and his basking temps were at 85-90 degrees f and this worried me because he really couldn't get any higher, so I bought this:

I put it in and I think he is really scared of it.. he wont really move and he is always looking stressed, even when I take him out. I put it in there abour 2 days after I changed him to his new tank, which I left everything exactly the same and he seemed perfectly fine, no stress marks, climbing and having a good ol' time. But this climbing tree I think would be good for him, should I leave it in there for a while and see if he gets used to it? He'll let me pet him, pick him up and everything but he always looks stressed...

Some beardies, even changing their cage set up, can stress them out. I would give him a bit before worrying about it.
