ive had my little guy since the begginning of January, i have no idea how old he is, bought him from a pet store, he was 14 inches long at that time and slightly thin. Since i got him hes had the good life now, 75 gallon, reptisun 10.0 over the whole tank, 6-10 inches away, with the screen cut to allow 100% exposure. He eats reptiworms, and superworms as his staple, he really has very little to no interest in greens, being collard, mustard, squash, only eats maybe one bite every couple days of greens, but pounds down the repti and supers. his weight and activity level is great now, very friendly. But he has only grown by 1 inch since January, to a total of 15 inches long. cage temps are 80-90 basking of 95-100. i dust his food with calcium weekly and about every other week with vitamins. just wondering if he is gonna be a small guy, what do you all think, should i be doing something different, he acts fantastic so i dont think im doing anything wrong, but anyway, what does everyone think

He may end up being smaller than average, but the fact that you say he was thin to begin with means that he was originally under-fed to a degree, and so the first month or two that you had him his body was busy filling out to make up for the lost nutrition and quantity of food. He may never be quite as large as some dragons, but that's not for certain. Only time will tell. Keep offering the greens though....he should definitely have them in his diet in the future.

I agree with Gail, the calcium and vitamins should be increased....I'm thinking since the repti-worms have a lot of calcium, 2-3 times a week for calcium dusting at the most. If you do go with 5 times, be sure that it's a very light dusting.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
