I think he has a respitory infection.

So for the last day or so my beardie has been just sitting with his mouth open randomly. He wasn't breathing weird and it has been in the upper 90s the whole week. Today however I got him out and he open his mouth and started heaving. All he wants to do today is sleep. He eats good, mostly crickets, butterworms, and the occasional hormworn and phoenix worms when I can get them. He eats collard greens and has just started eating squash, which he seems to love. I have a megaray 100 self ballisting bulb, just replaced it two weeks ago, and a regular basking light. He's in a 40 gallon tank but is being upgrades to a 75 next week. He gets outside at least an hour a day if not more everyday. He is 4 years old, and takes baths a least 3 or 4 times a week. Up until last week he had some constipation and was in the tub everyday so he would poop. I also have a vet appointment tomorrow. Is there anything I should do for him?

Since you have a vet appt. tomorrow, I wouldn't worry about doing anything till then.
