I need help to control his temps *pics*

I have a typical xfire setup 40" long 21" high inside 24" width I made it myself I have included pics to explain further.

How old is your dragon? going to be a year old on dec. 11
How long have you had your dragon? since he was 4 weeks
How long is your dragon? 20"
What is the sex of your dragon? male
What type substrate do you have on the bottom of your tank? slate tiles with newspaper
Do you use UVB lights? in the time being no been without for a 2 days
If so, Is it a coil, compact, fluorescent tube, or Mercury Vapor bulb? MVB
What is the brand name and number of your bulb? Wattage (if MVB)? megaray 100 watts
How old is your UVB bulb? almost a year old
How close can your dragon get to the UVB? 15"
What are the basking temps? keeps fluctuating depends on the room temps 103-110
What is the cool side temp? keeps fluctuating depends on the room temps 75-86
Do you take the temps with a stick on thermometer, a digital thermometer with a wire and a probe end or a temp gun? a digital thermometer with a wire and a probe end.
Where exactly are you taking your basking temps? on his basking area
Do you use a heat rock or heat pad? no
What do you feed your dragon? Please be specific. greens dubias supers
How often do you feed and what time do you feed (morning, afternoon, night)? morning and night
Do you gutload (feed) your crickets, worms, etc? yes
Do you use vitamin or calcium supplements? What brand(s)? How many days a week do you use each of them? i bought some muti and calci from beautiful dragon website but he hates it
Is your dragon having regular bowel movements (poops)? only whn he takes a bath he poops once a day with small urates
Do you bath your dragon? How often? now i have been giving him a bath everyday for about 2 weeks because of his dehydration
Do you mist your dragon or offer water other than in the bath? no
Does your dragon share an enclosure with another dragon? no
Have you gotten a vet check and fecal done? once 2 months ago all clear

i've been battling with temps since day one I bought a GE edison floodlight because i read somewhere on here thats better along with a 36" fluro reptisun 10 when i connect th bulb my temp jump to 145 deg i went from barely making it to cooking my beardie. has anybody exp this am i doing somthign wrong or did i just bought the wrong bulb here the pic.

i first bought a soft white floodlight but i read that it mimics sunsets kelvin here the pic
the tmp with th soft white was perfect.

did u try lowering the basking spot or get a lower watt bulb?

your wattage is to high i have a halogen flood light half the size of yours its a 45 watt and my temps are around 105

I too am using a 45 watt flood bulb, and I have the ability to add a 25 watt incandescent for the days/weeks when the weather is colder and I need to raise the overall temps a little. I use a reptisun right now, but will be moving to a megaray when I have to replace the bulb. (I have enough depth that I can.) Are you waiting to get a new megaray?

I have a melamine built cage so I am having trouble with his temps my ambient room temp is just unstable the megaray is attach to a rounded ceramic fixture and th distance between the basking point is 16" thats th highest I could go. so I bought a reptisun 10 to see if it solve my problem. I'll keep posted when the tube arrives.
