I was outside with my family and my beardie wanted some tomatoe leaves so we just gave him live 5 or so. Afterward I researched if it was ok and it said it was extremely toxic. I dont know what to do please help me.

Get to Walmart quick and, get some activated charcoal in the pharmacy and give it to her asap!

Out of curiosity, and it might help here, how should it be given to him, I doubt the little one will be eager to eat it so how would you go about getting it in.

Hello,

How much of the leaves did he actually eat?
Let us know what milligram of charcoal you are able to find. If you can't find the activated charcoal, you can try getting some parsley, cilantro & kale to blend it up with a bit of water until it is a slurry & give him some of that. It will help to bind toxins to flush them out.

UPDATE: I was unable to find the activated charcoal. So I gave him lots of food and a ton of water, to dilute the toxins. It is the next day and he seem happy, would he already be dead by now or should I still be concerned about him?

So tomato worms aren't toxic to the dragons but the tomato leaves are that the worm eats?

I was planning on feeding my dragon tomato worms off my tomato plant. But now Im not so sure its a good idea. what do they feed the tomato hornworm when they raise it for the reptiles to eat?

I think they are fed a chow that has been chemically treated to remove the toxins. I definitely wouldn't risk giving wild tomato worms to any pet lizard if they have been on live tomato plants.

Better options are silkworms (the mulberry leaves are edible too), and grapevine worms (the leaves are edible too if not the ornamental type) and cabbage moth worms.

I'd be careful with giving tomato to the lizard too ...

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
