I just don't get it....

an update:

her color is almost totally normal today, but she's still acting really lethargic when I pick her up. She is moving around though, and climbing up my hand sometimes when I feed her... but she's not as voracious about licking her food as she was yesterday...

Is the bubble coming from her vent? And it appeared right after she pooped correct?
