I have a HUGE tank i want to customize

Im talking the whole 9 yards.. Huge 3D backdrop with stones and caves and such ... I am a very artistic guy.. I just don't really know the materials that are safe for use..
I mean obviously rock and wood.. But is there some way i can carve with polystyrene and maybe coat it with something to solidify it ?

I think my dragon / future dragons will LOVE them...

What sort of material is safe for making them

That looks pretty awesome. My daughter and I are looking to do something similar for the enclosure we're currently building. Maybe not so elaborate but we'll see. Below are two resources I saved with helpful information, hopefully they help you too.

yea i think i have got it down ... I've been watching videos on different builds pretty much all day...

CANNOT wait to get mine started... Hopefully my lovely lady gets to feeling better so she can enjoy it when it is done..

She deserves it fighting through my stupidity right now.. (her lighting is extremely outdated unbeknownst to me until she started getting sick ) .. So this is my way of saying sorry...
