What can I do? The REPTILE shop, houses 2 adult bearded dragons in barely 2x1x1 vivarium, they have about 3 vivs that size with adult bearded dragons, and then a gravid adult female in the same size viv, the lady even told me I'm talking a bunch of crud when I told her about tail rot and said there is no such thing as tail rot! 
Then the pet shop has a nice big viv but houses 3 dragons together... The one was basking and had nice bright colors, other one was on his/her platform and another one was hiding, dark and eyes closed, opening them for few seconds and closing them slowly again
The SPCA doesn't have a clue about reptiles and their care, there isn't a AACL (Animal anti cruelty league) nearby, no reptile rescues nearby, I haven't got the money or the place to house another bearded dragon. I feel so hopeless!
