Ruby, my red beauty is not acting like her usually self. She has pooped frequently, however, when she goes, its super soft, almost liquid, urates, and small poop (usually not more than an inch). Today however, her poop stank the entire room, and she did not want to leave her tank. She looks "pale" normally she is a vibrant reddish-orange...now she's bright Orange. She is frequently licking her lips, I assumed that she might a bit dehydrated, and tried to give her a drink from the sink, she started to drink, but shortly after, she began shaking her head (like she does when there would be a cricket on her), that was the end of her drinking. She wanted to get down, and so, into the sink she went...she walked around, shook again, then placed herself over the drain and pooped. After I had taken her out of the sink, I put her on the floor to roam the house (as she normally would). She immediately tried to find a dark place to hide, and became very agggitated and blackbearded. Later, when I offered her crickets, she ate a couple, but nothing more. When I tried to get her to eat greens, she didn't want any of those either. I'm very concerned, usually when I'm home she wants out of her tank nearly every moment I'm around. She barely came out of her tank.
She has been with me for almost a year. She is 21 3/4 inches nose to tail, 515g . She usually eats crickets, collards, kale, mustard greens, squash; with an appetite to match. Her tank is the appropriate temps, with Reptisun 10.0 UV.
