I can clean good- how can I disinfect?

Hello, all! There is a TL;DR at the very end.

I recently changed Norbert from a carpet substrate to a tile substrate, and all I can say is... Wow. Just wow. SO much easier to clean. I just scrape it off and done... Or is it?

Obviously, my teensy cutesy broom and dustpan are not magical or disinfectant. It would be a /pain/ to take out the tile because he has a climbing background that wedges /perfectly/ against the floor tile with no room left over (and indeed, this is what keeps it from falling over). I happen to have Fluker's reptile carpet cleaner, as well as Lysol wipes. I'd prefer to use the Lysol, as it's so convenient, but obviously my number one concern is Norbert's safety. If Lysol is good, great. If not, I can use the Fluker's. I want to avoid buying anything else or making a concoction (the last time I tried that, it spilled all over the brand new carpet my landlord put in at my request- my couch now covers the stain. If you're reading this, Mr. Danvers, I'm sorry).

TL;DR: Can I use Lysol wipes?

I would not but I suppose as long as he's out of the tank and it is rinsed well and no fumes remain it would be ok. I use F10sc cleaner to clean up messes (which is safe) and a handheld steamer to do monthly cleaning. The F10sc cleaner will last a very long time, you probably won't use it all beyond it's expiration date and it is clear in color. I don't think it would stain the carpet.
I don't know if the Flukers "disinfects" but rather sanitizes?

F10sc made up 4 ml of concentrate in 1 L of water and sprayed on the surfaces , then left to dry for 30 minutes , the residue wiped up with a clean piece of paper toweling is what I use.

I spray carpet and fabric covered chairs and bed linion with the diluted F10 , and let it air dry …. no it wont stain anything and is fabulous for making spots where pets have had accident clean and germ-free.

A 200ml bottle of F10sc will go a very long way …. I've been keeping pet lizards for nearly 10 years and have only used 3 bottles.

I doubt Nature's Miracle what ever that stuff is ?? will be nearly as good. F10 is designed for use around pets.

So is Nature's Miracle. Granted, it's for fluffy pets, but it is designed for feces and urine.

My other sanitization methods are to use a small 1000w steam cleaner. This is effective but the nozzle is small so it takes a while to sanitize a whole tank.

For wooden items and tile I rinse them well and wash them as much as I can then put them in the oven on low (about 250 or so) for 30-45 min to sanitize them using heat.
