I am so worried about Haku

I'm sorry to keep posting in here but more and more issues with him keep coming up.
Here is a little background:

Haku is missing an arm and half his tail. He is about 5 1/2 inches long.
His viv is:
Reptile carpet
Small rock with hide
Salad bowl
Food bowl
Log for climbing/basking
Small jungle vine
10.0 Tube uvb
75 watt basking bulb
Zoomed digital thermometer with probe (Current basking temp is 106)

Friday I took him to the vet because he had not pooped in four days. After complimenting his health aside from the pooping problem the vet basically squeezed the poop out of him. And let me tell you it was a lot of poop. She said to continue what I was doing and switch his food (because he had been eating wax worms, he now eats butter worms). I took him home thinking all was well and he would go back to pooping normally. Well, it is now Tuesday. Still no poop. Yesterday I gave him applesauce and olive oil and a warm bath and massaged his tummy. Today he is closing his eyes while sitting on his log. I thought maybe he couldn't reach his basking spot for some reason so I moved the light over him. He moved away from it. I moved it over to him again, he moved away. Like he's avoiding the light? What is wrong with him and what am I doing wrong? D:

His lights are on from 9am to 10pm and all his lights are off at night. He sleeps through the night so I know it's not because he's tired from not sleeping. :/

Your setup is perfect so I have no idea what's impacting him.. are his food offerings no bigger than the space between his eyes? You may want to try feeding more greens so he gets more internally hydrated. Curt hated greens, but he loved his mustard greens once he got a bite. If all of this is correct then you may want to get him an X-ray to see if there's something going on internally that's hurting him.

Keep us posted on him please.

what brand of UVB are you using? how close can he get to it and how old is it?
What is the basking temp?
sorry if you have previously mentioned these things.

He already have a basking temp of 106 which is ok, it could go a bit higher up to 110, it all depends on what your dragon likes.
Butter worms are much better than wax worms. I would try silk worms if you can. Generally they are cheaper per worm when ordered online. They are usually healthier for your dragon.

I really don't think you are doing anything wrong. I would keep doing what you are doing. a 10.0 bulb of any type is ok, is it a ExoTerra or Reptisun brand?
Do you know the substrate the dragon was on before you got him? Your dragon may have a partial impaction. If this keeps up the vet may want to order an xray or do a barium study (I would try to avoid the barium contrast as it has negative effects).

Keep us posted.

@Kalyn - It is Reptisun 10.0 Tube and it is 3 months old. He can get within 4 inches if he is all the way at the top of his basking spot.
Basking temp today is 107

@coastergirl946 - I won't feed him any of the worms that are too big. He hates eating greens unless he eats them out of my hand which I've been trying to avoid doing.

@Mach10X - It is Reptisun as stated above. The vet said that an x-ray would be a waste because there isn't anything that could be impacting him besides his food and he pooped fine when she like squeezed it out of him but I can't do it how she did it and I'm not gonna pay 76 dollars every time he can't poop. :/

when he did poop, how were the urates? Mine had a pooping problem with hard urates, because he was getting dehydrated. Now I syringe feed him 3mls of water 3 x a week, and the urates are back to normal..

How old is your dragon?

They looked fine, the vet didn't say anything abnormal about them.
I don't know exactly how old as he is a pet store dragon but I've had him for 3 months.

Hello,

Have you tried canned pumpkin? Also what I find very helpful and stimulating for a BM is to take them outside for some natural sunlight. It really helps their appetite and especially bowel movements. If you have a leash thats always a good way or a plastic rubbermaid tub. Nothing glass because that magnifies heat. Also leave the tub partially in the shade so that if he gets too hot he can move to a cooler space. If you need somewhere to get a leash - OgleRPets is a good place to get them located in the forsale section of our forum :). Keep us posted!

I think Haku is a little small for a leash and I'm not sure if it would work considering they are usually harness's and he is missing an arm. He just had some dinner and he ate most of his greens which is good. I will give him a bath tonight. Perhaps tomorrow I will try to take him outside and hold him in my hand.

Yeah that sounds like a good idea. If he's eating then he SHOULD poop! Huh. Just careful if you're taking him outside cause he may bolt all of a sudden. Those blue kiddie pools work well if you have one of those too. Sorry I missed that he only had one arm, yeah - I guess that wouldn't work too well. How long is he? Do you have a pic?

Aw he's so cute. He looks like a dog with a docked tail. Were you able to get the little guy outside? I'd keep trying the baths and some olive oil or caned pumpkin. The little guy should poop eventually. He's very cute.

This is weird but idk maybe it's worth a shot. When Samus was having bowel movement issues, I would take her on a car ride and she would normally poop.

I gave him some more applesauce and a bath today. He's shedding again so maybe that was why he was sleeping a lot because I came home today to find him very awake. I did not get to take him outside because we are suppose to be having the hurricane here in rhode island so it's very rainy.

I will try the car ride, that actually makes sense maybe that's why he went at the vet but won't go here?

Sometimes when we take Lizzy for a car ride he gets all warm from the sun (he likes to ride onthe dash board) and then he poops. I keep a paper towel under him on car rides for this reason, so it might very well help your little guy. Hope everything works out!

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
Mirage entered brumation yesterday, I'm gonna miss hanging out with my little guy.
