Humidity gauge....

hi, i got a digial thermo to measure the temps but it doesnt come with a hunidity reader in it.I was wondering if the stick on humidity readers are any good. i know the stick on temp ones airnt good, but what about the humitidty ones??? or what else can i use??

I've never found anything about what percentage the humidity should be in the enclosures. When I recently went to the vet, they said as long as I was misting and/or bathing my BD that she is perfectly fine. I don't have a humidity gauge, but if someone gives me different information, I'd definitely consider it.
