Humidifier in the same room as beardies?

Hey guys, I was wondering your thoughts on having a humidifier in the same room as your beardies? I know that if the humidity is too high they can get a lung infection.
My beardies are in my bedroom, and moving them somewhere else isn't an option. If I did use a humidifier, it would only be on at night.

I'm assuming it's most likely a no, but I was going to see if anyone else had opinions on this? Thanks!

Hello . Do you have a humidity gauge? I would buy one and stuck it inside your beardies cage. Then turn on the humidifier and see if it brings it up or not.

A beardies humidity should be no higher than 40%. I have 2 humidifiers in my house cause I live in Colorado and its so dry here humidity wise. I have electronically set humidifiers so I can keep a constant 35% humidty in my house. If the humidity gets over 35% the humidifiers cut off automatically. Monitoring my beardies tanks their humidity has never been over 40% and usually around 30 to 35%. If you opt to have one, keep an eye on the humidity in their tanks and adjust accordingly. If I don't use them it gets so dry in the house my hubby and I both end up with nosebleeds or ulcers in our noses and sinuses from the dryness. Just monitor and be very careful and if there is a water dish in the tanks remove it before you use a humidifier.

Thank you! I don't put water bowls in their cages, so that shouldn't be a problem.
