Here's some random pictures of Howie over the few weeks I've had him.

lol, that could be it!

Howie is doing good today. She's already put away a bunch of crix. I think she may have just gotten bored of supers every day, could that have happened?
Idk, but it looks like the super worm colony I'm starting may go to waste, lol!
She didn't chase the crix around today, rather she just waited until they walked past, and even then she had trouble catching them. I think she was just so hungry yesterday that she decided to chase them :dontknow:
She's been getting liquid calcium everyday now. So we'll see if that helps her at all. I'm hoping it will!

And I just weighed her, 223 grams!
Or maybe that's because she just ate...either way! I'll take +3 grams any day!!

So yesterday I had to get up at 4 am for work. Howie decided she wasn't ready and wanted to sleep in. I waited for about 15 minutes for her to get up so I could feed her breakfast, but she still laid there with her face burrowed in her blankie. When I went to get in the shower I said, "Howie, you better be up by the time I get back or you'll have to wait until noon for breakfast!"
Well, when I came back in my room after my shower, I looked in her tank and she was still snoozing away with her face in her blanket. So I walk in, and grabbed my camera so I could capture her first "I'm gonna be a brat and ignore my mom" moment. Then I said "HOWIE!" in a really annoyed voice and she immediately picked her head right up:
"I wasn't sleeping I swear!"

"I've been awake this whole time crazy!"

I just thought it was kinda cute :wink:

That's too cute. Sometimes I wonder how much they understand.... What in the world do you do that you had to get up so early? :shock:

Yeah, I started to wonder if maybe she picked up on the annoyed tone or something?? Idk but it was weird/funny!
I work at Petsmart, and I had to go in early to stock :? I hate stocking!

Yes I get a discount, but 15% isn't worth going to work at 4 though. But it's alright cause I get home about 11 and have the rest of the day to myself

Howie is upset with me today. I got up and went to the bank and DMV with my dad (I just got a new car ) and so they didn't even get their breakfast until about 12:30 (if they would eat their veggies this wouldn't be a problem )
Anyways, so I got home, fed them both crix, and put Howie in the tub for about 10 mins (she stuck her face in the water and drank for like a minute straight!) then put Howie back in her viv. She was VERY upset with me!! I'll have to post the pictures for you guys to get the full effect (I should be getting ready for work right now :?) And I got her out one last time for a quick snuggle and she climbed up my shoulder and climbed on my head. I've never had her do this before! Poor baby!
(I'll post the pictures as soon as I get home from work, I promise!!)

Hey Sara, great pics! Howie is looking really good. I love the one of her on your head. They can be so pathetic sometimes can't they? Sometimes I have a hard time remembering that mine are "just lizards"!
