How to tell when an adult dubia roach is dead?

I've got a couple Dubia roaches that are very stiff with her legs all tucked in and appear to be very dead. However I've read that a lot of Dubia Roaches can look like they're dead when they are really not and people will throw away a perfectly alive roach.

How can I tell if they are dead or not?

If it is crispy then its dead lol.
You will see it move in one way or another if you pick it up.
