how to tell if my dragon is shedding

i think my dragon is shedding he is not eating as much, not as active, and not going potty as often as normal. when i give him a bath we have seen some floating shed off of him but this is the first time he has shed sense i have had him(not certain on the him...). i got my puck for a rescue he is approximately 2.5yr old very sweet and recently got a clean bill of health from the vet. I am not completely sure what is normal behavior for him to display when shedding or if i need to do anything special for him?

usually their skin will go a greyish colour before they shed.

i would not say he looks grayish in color at all, i have noticed that between baths his colors don't stay bright as long as they normally do

they will sometimes go grey in colour or may just go dull. my bearded dragons head only goes grey when its going to shed, but its tail and the rest of it just go slightly dull. its tail is getting ready to shed now, and normally its a nice redish colour but now its sort of brownish

so they do shed in bits not all at once as some sits say
