How to make beardies more active?

Yup, I have plenty of bright lights- A basking light, UVB light, and 2 more coiled "energy saver" lights on the cool side for brightness.

I'm not sure whether or not Dudley actually like being outside though. I've taken him out a few times, and he basically just sits there and stares at the sky, so he can puff up and anything that could potentially eat us (including airplanes). I usually take him out every day.

LMAO, awesome idea! Or you could replace it with powdered sugar... They'd never know the difference! :wink:

We stopped spoiling her,greens every day, crickets 3 times a week and only 5-6 that Rose tells me about! LOL
Worms once a week as a treat!
Spazz was P,O,ed for awhile, but she got over it, they only remember for a couple of weeks.

I would also try introducing a light dusting of multivitamin powder to their greens. This could give them a metabolism boost that will keep em going active and healthy until next brumation.

Slippery surfaces also help them get some good exercise or letting them swim in a luke warm bath.
