How to keep and raise Super Worms?

I'm getting a Beardie soon and he/she will be a year old (unless the reptile shop has a new batch by the time I buy mine).
Well,
1. Are Super Worms good for a year old Bearded Dragon?
2. How do you house them?
3. Do you need heating or light?
4. What do you feed them? Do you give them carrots or apple or the stems of Collard Greens? Do they need Water Crystals?
5. How do you put in the food, do you just use it as substrate?
6. How big should their place that they live in be? Do you need tape so that they don't climb up? Can they escape through the ventilation holes?
7. Do you need to clean them out? If so, how often?
8. How long does it take them to pupate?
9. What do I do with any pupae?

Any help would be appreciated.

1) they are good, but fatty so use moderation
2) I keep mine in a critter keeper with a grain mix
3) they don't like to be cold, I just keep mine in the room temps though they don't like light.
4) they eat the bedding and veggies for moisture
5) bedding is about three inches deep veggies go on top
6) I have a large critter keeper, have had 1000 in it just had more bedding. The can't climb
7) if the bedding is ground fine a colander or screen works well. Otherwise... It's tedious.
8) it takes a while and they will not pupate when they are around each other. They need to be separated.
9) you won't have pupae unless you try, they can be fed (iirc) or raised to beetles and the fresh white beetles can be fed too. The mature black ones are for breeding if you go that route.
