I got my beardie last July and was told she was approximately 4-6 months old. However, she was only 25 grams and about 6 inches long, so she was either underfed or not as old as I was told.
Now she is 17 inches long and weighs 400 grams, and I'm not sure if I need to be feeding her as an adult, or still give her as many crickets as she wants. I don't want to cause any health problems, but she sure loves her crickets! She does eat her greens well, too.
At what size do you consider them to be adults if you really don't know how old they are? And if she is an adult, how many crickets should she be getting in a week? I keep reading conflicting numbers!
