How old is he?

Got my bearded dragon on April 18th, he was really skinny so hard to say how old he was. This was him the first day.

This is him now

Now he's about 9 inches now. What would the average age be for him. He doesn't have much of a beard yet.

Did you measure him or just guess? He looks bigger then 9 inches. I'll guess around 5 months but if he was stunted early from bad care, he could be months older. There really is no way to tell age from size.
He looks great, you've done a wonderful job with him.

Yeah It was a guess, my dad said he was about 9. So I went with it lol but About 10 inches is usually the size for 5 months? Yeah and I took him to the vet about two weeks after I got him and he weighed 26g

There is no usual size. I had one dragon who was 22" at 6 months and another who was barely 16 inches at 1 year. Genetics play a huge part on the size of a dragon.

I guessed 5 months based on how long you've had him and the size he was in the first pic. My little girl is close to 9 inches and is probably around 4 months. I'm basing that on how long she had been at the pet store and how old they usually are when pet store get them in.

He looks to be about 12" there. Five months is a realistic guess....he looks like an underfed 2-3 month old in the first pics.
