As claudiusx said, normally pinkies aren't a good food for beardies.
Pinkies are much higher in fat content than a beardies normal diet.
Some breeders do sometimes give the occasional pinkie to a
just-laid-her-eggs breeding female to help her put weight back on quickly,
but even then it's just every once in a while and not done often (too much
fat can cause all kinds of liver issues).
If, however, you're determined to do it, then you need to at least wait
until the pinkie is smaller than the space between your dragon's eyes.
While pinkies are composed of a softer cartilage which can be easier for a bearded dragon to digest, anoles have fully developed bones which can cause severe damage to the internal organs of your bearded dragon. Anoles should never be fed, while pinkies can be once or twice a year although there really is no benefit to giving them a pinkie as they have little nutritional value.
ok and I was just wondering I saw this youtube vids of people feeding there beardie anoles so I thought I would ask and see if it was good for them or bad and besides I didn't plan on feeding my dragon an anole so just calm down
