how ofter to feed prey to adults

hey everyone!
It's been quite awhile since I've been on here but I've run into a problem. I remember that by 18 months you're supposed to not feed prey everyday, but I forget how much and how frequently they should eat insects. Emmy was to the vet today because she suddenly started acting very sluggish and it turns out shes about 200g overweight. she weighed in at 760 and the vet wants her closer to 550-600g. he said to get her off the prey items everyday but I forgot to ask how often I should offer her the supers and dubias. I know supers are fatty so she'll be off those while she's "dieting" and once she's gotten to a more acceptable weight she won't get the supers as often.

ive heard dark leafy greens every day and insects every other day wax worms once a week. adults you can feed pinkie mice once a month. wax worms and pinkies are optional

i was recently at the vet with my beardie and she told me the ratio should be 70% veggies 30% insects.

not sure if thats accurate but its what i was told :dontknow:

I give bugs to my 3 yr olds 3 times a week and veggies 4 times a week

80% veggies 20% protein is what I have been reading on this in this forum. I would not feed pinkies Id be to afraid of impaction.
