I haven't had my dragon for very long and i was wondering about how often i should take him in for a checkup. and i'd appreciate it if anyone could tell me about a good reptile vet in las vegas, or how to find one, i've only found one so far. And any estimate on how much it'd be? its not really a problem, im just curious.

I would like to go once very year, but have dropped of poop samples all the time...lol I would say at least once a year for a good check up.

I don't mess around....if they are worrying me, I take them in.

I take mine in for a full check up once a year and fecal samples when needed.
All vets are different in pricing. Generally beardies, which are considered exotics, are a little more expensive.
The vet I go to charges $65 for the office visit and $17 for a fecal test.
Here is a list of herp vets by state http://www.herpvetconnection.com/

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
