How often should I feed insects to my beardie?

I am a new beardie owner, My bearded dragon is now 12 months old and now that she is close to becoming an adult how many times in a week should I be feeding insects:? I now when beardies are adults veggies take up most of there diet. Thank you and please reply.

1-4 month old beardies eat 3x a day, everyday, 10-20 bugs each feeding.
4-12 month olds eat 2x a day, everyday, 10-20 bugs each feeding.
12-20 month olds eat once a day, everyday, 10-20 bugs a feeding.
Once she hits 20+ months you can go down to every other day, every two days, or twice a week for insects. Of course 10-20 bugs when you feed her for insects.

Personally for me when my beardies are 20 months I keep them on a every other day feeding schedule up until 24 months and then that goes down to every two days, and then once they reach 48 months, or two years of age I will be doing only twice a week.
I like gradually lessening the insect amount personally.
